Ok, just purchase a VPN account and connect your client to the US or purchase a DNS subsription and enter that DNS address into you network settings. I use unblock-us.com.

Netflix: Watch US Content etc.
Two things that you can do: VPN or DNS!
This is what to do, not how to do it!
VPN
1. Purchase a VPN account, install the client, connect to your preferred country and log into Netflix.
2. Get a router that supports DD-WRT and set it up following one of the online how-to guides. Then connect your streaming device as you normally would. Working with the PPTP protocol is the simplest in my experience.
DNS
Purchase a subscription. I use unblock-us.com.
1. Go to your network card and enter the DNS address from the website.
2. DD-WRT. You only need to set it up as a secondary router and with the new DNS entered. Connect as you normally would.
If things fail with unblock.us and Netflix, make sure your ISP IP address is up to date with your account!
